This time of year I really enjoy taking a break to look back and remember all the fun adventures I had in the last twelve months. Having a blog really helps you remember and bring back so many memories. Yesterday I posted some of my favorite recipes from 2013. Today I am back to show you the most viewed recipes for the year.
I am super excited for what the new year will be bring but it is such fun to see some of your favorites from the year. Makes me want to jump back into the kitchen and enjoy them for a second or third time around.
As 2013 comes to an end, I though I would wrap up with a few recap posts. The one is some of my favorite posts by month. Enjoy!! January: Raspberry Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffins
We are back from our week long Christmas vacation in Florida. Although I am glad to be home I miss the sunshine, 80 degree temperatures, my family and pool time. Christmas came and went so fast this year. I really want a redo.
My parents rented a house about 10 minutes from Disney. It was obligatory to go to the parks at least one day. With the little one in tow we headed off to the Magic Kingdom. It was a bit foggy starting out but became nice and sunny later in the day. Fun was had by all both big and small.
There was no Christmas tree or fire place but that didn't stop Santa from paying us a visit.
Lots of time was spent lounging around the house and playing in the pool. We all agreed that we could get use to a life of 80 degrees and a hot tub in the back yard pretty easily.
Today was spent just the two of us having our own mini Christmas with opening stockings. Tomorrow is off to work again.
I hope all of you had a marvelous Christmas holiday!
Merry Christmas!! This year we are spending the holidays with my family down in sunny Florida. It is different having no tree and no snow but great to be able to spend time with everyone in one big house.
We are lucky enough to have a pool in the backyard. The hot tub is no joke either. Let's just say we are all doing a bunch of relaxing.
Six adults create a lot of shoes. All of us chuckle at the sight of this pile by the front door. Can you spot the baby shoes?
Eats have been a mix of favorites both made in our borrowed kitchen and going out. My brother loves the Pillsbury tube of orange buns.
Lunch was the day at the Magic Kingdom. We ate at the new Be Our Guest restaurant in Fantasyland.
Dinner was at the Cuban restaurant, Bongos, in Downtown Disney. The roasted chicken and black beans was so good. Dessert was hot fudge brownie sundaes.
I hope you are all eating and enjoying family as much as we are this year. Merry Christmas!!
