Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

I am having severe writer's block. I think it is the snow storms. One right after the other. I just cannot get my mind around anything else right now. Snow? When? How much? What is plan B for my travel and trips?  All of these things are adding major stress to my life.

I wish my snow days could be spent snuggling up on the couch in PJs, a good movie and a big mug of hot chocolate.

There is something about warm hot chocolate that just puts me in a good mood. It was a life saver in college when I needed to take a study break.  Now I use it for a life break. When things get a bit out of hand. I take a little time to make hot chocolate and the world seems a bit more manageable.  In the whole scheme of things, a mug of hot chocolate is a pretty easy fix.

When do you best like to enjoy hot chocolate?
