Saved by the snow storm

I mentioned the other day I was off to Syracuse. Syracuse is suppose to get up to 24 inches of snow in the next 24 hours. No thank you.

My meeting eventually was canceled right  before I was set to take off. I was pretty worried I would be stuck there until Friday the way the forecasts were coming out. I have been willing Spring with my eats. Fresh strawberries, granola and yogurt is my breakfast of choice this week.

Lunch was unexpectedly at home but I managed to find a sandwich with cheese and turkey along with hummus and chips. Anyone else just put the chips right on the table?

Dinner was a bit of a challenge too. I certainly didn't plan to be home for some many meals this week. We happened to have pizza dough in the freezer and had a hodge podge pizza with sausage, chicken slices, onions and garlic. I was skeptical at first but Mr. J insisted it would be good.  It ended up pretty darn good.

Cheers to it being Wednesday. The week is halfway done.
