My tummy however, is still craving ice cream.
It is Fall though so I added pumpkin.

Pumpkin Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (any milk variety will do)
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Put all ingredients in blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. You may have to adjust liquid depending on the power of your blender.
