Travel Woes, Dallas and WIAW

Tuesday morning I woke up to lots of strange noises in the house. The heat was on overdrive with all of the cold weather.  Luckily the house and all it's workings remained in good condition. I was off to catch a flight to Dallas.  I loaded up on greens hoping that will safe guard me from all of the germs on the plane.

The flights were relatively uneventful but very much delayed. Talk about back up.  Too many people and not enough flights.  I was going through Atlanta which was very good because most flights through the Midwest were canceled all together. I lucked out and got an on earlier flight to get into Texas. It was delayed and that was how I was able to make it. My original flight was running 3 hours behind schedule.

I was lucky but still stressed out.  Crispy chicken tenders and french fries from Wolfgang Puck express helped.

Once I caught up with the rest of my team we headed to dinner. It was good (BBQ Short ribs on top of sauteed spinach and mashed sweet potatoes) but far too late for me.  I was ready for bed.  I am keeping my fingers crossed that my flight through Detroit today are all good.
