Crockpot creation: Mustard Apricot Chicken

This is a marvelous crockpot dish. It is so simple and only uses two things to wash, a bowl and the crockpot container. It is absolutely delicious too. Try it out!

Apricot Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Apricot preserves
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 turmeric
1/8 tsp cardamom
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients but chicken. Dip each of the chicken breast in the apricot mixture, and then put in the crockpot. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.

2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

3. Serve with wild rice.
