I must say this is one of the better things I have made recently. Not only is it absolutely delicious, I am telling myself that it is very nutritious as well. I mean Peanut butter is protein. Oats are whole grains giving fiber. And finally chocolate and flax seeds are full of antioxidants. So there you have it a completely healthy snack.
I found this recipe from Jenna at Eat, Live, Run. The moment I saw it, I knew it was moving to the top of the list. I literally started drooling as soon as I began reading the ingredients. So jump on over and grab the recipe. You won't regret it!

Finished goodness!
I put a bit on my smoothie this morning. It messed up the flavoring a bit...there were just subtle hints of peanut butter. I cannot wait to devour a bowlful with plain yogurt. I might just go back for a second breakfast.
The recipe, thank goodness, makes plenty. I might have to hide one from Mr. J so I am sure to get my fill. Yep, this is our great sharing skills coming into play.
where is mine??
